Mission

Baloise Belgium dreamed of a total transformation of their Phoenix office building in Brussels. A great challenge for our construction group! We stripped the inside completely and created a new outer shell while retaining the original architecture.

However, this renovation had a second purpose: Baloise wanted to rent flexible workspaces. The installation of our partitioning walls were the perfect solution. The tenants now enjoy both their own work space and communal areas: a large kitchen with coffee bar ánd barista, relaxation and seating areas, concentration areas ánd above all, meeting rooms which they can perfectly divide thanks to our partitioning walls.

Result

Our strong people took care of the high-end finishing of this office building and integrated our own top products, with an eye for personal comfort!

  • We installed a total area of no less than 6.800 m² of climate ceilings. This way, every employee or tenant enjoys a pleasant indoor climate.
  • We also installed partitioning walls in the large rooms, creating flexible meeting rooms and workplaces.
  • To complete the picture, we placed a herringbone parquet flooring in the cafeteria and lounge area. A masterpiece we are extremely proud of!

The end result is an absolute eye catcher! We integrated every Jansen product, be it our climate ceilings, partitioning walls or plasterboard elements, in an aesthetic way. This gave the original building even more cachet.
