The client, Matexi, wanted to realise new offices in the brand new Quartier Bleu shopping centre in Hasselt. Therefore, the architect, Buro Modern, was looking for a contractor who could transform a shell building into a beautiful and spacious office environment in no time.
As a specialist in interior finishing, this mission suited Group Jansen one hundred percent. Our strong people got to work and completed the finishing in record time.

Result
Barely three months, that was the time it took Group Jansen to complete the finishing of this shell building. An impressive achievement! Especially when you know that we are talking about a surface area of no less than 425 m². Plasterboard walls, mineral fibre ceilings, partitioning walls, custom-made furniture, HVAC-works, … Group Jansen took care of every aspect. From a to z, in other words.
The customer is now fully enjoying these offices in Hasselt’s ultramodern shopping centre. The unique combination of large windows, a magnificent wood look and black ceilings is still a pleasant surprise for every visitor or user.
